The hot water extraction machine unit we use offers superior cleaning results. It cleans much better because it heats water to a high temperature and then shoots the cleaning solution into the fibres. This helps to break up the dirt, bacteria and pollens in the fibres. The machine then produces a huge vacuum volume to draw the dirt and pre-sprays out.

Steam Cleaning Resolutions

So many of us are setting New Year resolutions. A lot of these are based around our health and our homes. Time spent at home means that we are often more critical about things such as carpets and suites. While our health goals do tend to be more challenging, deep cleaning your home carpets and upholstery is a much easier task. And one that offers really great reward and instant gratification.

With the combination of being at home, children, pets, entertaining and everything that Christmas brings, mess is unavoidable. Your carpets and upholstery are likely to have suffered the consequences. But there is no need to worry as our deep cleaning services are cost effective, quick and offer great results.

A client commented:

“Colin gave me a quote to clean 3 rooms which all had deep animal stains. He explained the procedure from start to finish. He did a wonderful job in deep cleaning the carpets, leaving them spotless and smelling fresh. I was very happy with the service and wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Colin.”

Removing sick stains

Accidents do happen. On this occasion, someone had been sick on this carpet. With our knowledge or stain removal, we were able to completely remove the stain and treat the area, making it clean and properly sanitised.

As with so many stains, we find people often become more stressed when identifying a stain on a carpet. Hard floors generally do not provide such a challenge. Carpet fibres provide an additional consideration because if you scrub them, they will likely experience long-lasting damage.

Removing Sick Stains – Our Advice:

If you are looking to remove sick stains our best advice is to get in touch. Our powerful truck mounted cleaning machinery offers high powered cleaning without damaging carpets.

The products we use, and the process means that the carpets are left hygienically clean. This is particularly important when dealing with sick stains. Furthermore, all odours are fully removed with no lasting evidence of the stain that once was.

One of our clients commented:

“Very efficient. Went through all the process with me beforehand and all the aftercare until carpet is completely dry. Never had a carpet professionally cleaned for a long time was very pleased with results. Would definitely recommend.” – Mrs Stott

All of our carpet cleaning and carpet stain removal services come with our satisfaction guarantee. We are confident that we are best equipped to deal with your carpet cleaning needs. You are able to get in touch with us in a number of ways. You can complete an enquiry via our website, contact us via social media, email or call. Removing ink stains

Removing Ink Stains

Ink is notoriously challenging to remove. Our best advice is to call us to request our help. Removing stains requires an understanding of what products to use and what techniques will best remove it. This is all without leaving residue behind or damaging the fabric.

This was a sofa we visited with an ink stain. Our client lived in Billsborough near Preston. Fortunately, we were able to completely remove the stain and deep clean their sofa suite.

We have vast experience in cleaning different sofas, fabrics and designs over the many years we have been in the cleaning industry.

We are able to brighten and freshen up fabric sofas and restore your precious furniture back to the best possible appearance. We have invested thousands of pounds on our specialist hot water extraction upholstery cleaning machines.

Upholstery Cleaning

Areas on furniture that customers typically need help to clean include arms on sofas, scatter cushions and seat cushions. We clean all visible fabric on your furniture and hoover all in the nooks and crannies.

Advice with regard to keeping your furniture clean for as long as possible is always given. Drying times tend to be a little longer than with carpet cleaning, but we leave your furniture ready to use in the shortest possible time, and as dry as possible.

We use gentle neutral ph cleaning agents for furniture cleaning making sure we rinse away all cleaning agents, to leave your furniture detergent free, to help with re-soiling. Got questions? Call Colin today on 07715567685. We look forward to the opportunity of working with you and offer a satisfaction guarantee.

This blue rug was cleaned in Stanah, Lancashire. Our client’s dog had been laying on the rug. It had dirty markings all over it and no longer reflected its original colour. We were able to offer a deep cleaning process in order to remove all of the dirt, grime and bacteria. All of our rug cleaning services leave you with hygienically clean rugs. This is really important for our clients and is part of the reason as to why regular carpet cleaning is so popular.

Regular Rug Cleaning

You would be surprised how much dirt collects in the fibres of your rugs. They work to trap a huge number of particles. Not all of these are seen. Once you get to the point where you are feeling the rug is incredibly dirty, it will likely mean that it can no longer filter such grime.

It is important to remember that not all harmful bacteria and viruses can be seen. The past couple of years has made everyone more aware of cleanliness in their home. There are services that offer reassurance in relation to this. You can always get in touch to ask about these and how we can offer cleaning solutions for all of your flooring types.

Our rug cleaning services are provided with the guarantee that if you are not fully satisfied that it is free. We are that confident that we can get the most from your flooring and home furnishings that we offer this guarantee with confidence. Please get in touch by calling 0800 695 3455.

However, it is not something to panic about. Our children and grandchildren are so special land the likelihood is that stains can be removed with professional help.

Unfortunately, our client’s grandchild had drawn along the back of this green sofa in ink. Fortunately, with our expert knowhow we were able to completely remove the ink while deep cleaning the sofa.

Removing ink stains can be a challenge. Sometimes you are left with a slight mark and sometimes evidence of where you have cleaned. This is why it is important to employ a professional. Our skillset means that we can completely remove the stain and leave your furniture looking better than when we started. Scrubbing at a stain is not a good idea. Although many things, such as baby wipes can often remove the stain, sometimes a residue or matting is left behind.

Our steam cleaning process is tried and tested. It produces exceptionally clean results without fuss and disruption. Our prices are competitive and appropriately reflect the high-standard service we offer.

Some clients commented:

“Really professional cleaner, did a thorough job, fantastic results, I’d recommend him to anyone.”

“Just to say a huge “Thanks” to Colin. Very professional & thorough. We are really pleased with the results & would highly recommend, and will certainly use in the future.”

When asking for people to work within your home, it is important that you feel reassurance and confidence. We all share that feeling of nerves when looking for a company we have not used before. While we feel confident that we are the best carpet cleaners, upholstery cleaners and hard floor cleaning company for you, it is important that we think of ways in which we can add confidence to your decision.
