Cleaning wool carpets

As a natural fibre, a wool carpet will not shrink or stretch. They don’t become warped with coming into contact with water. Wool carpets are highly absorbent. This can be good for removing humidity. However, it can be a challenge when it comes to spills.

Wetting a wool carpet is an ideal way to deep clean it. However, as much moisture and water should be removed. Therefore, it is a great idea to use an extraction system to remove as much excess water as possible.

Cleaning Wool Carpets – Making a Real Difference:

Are your Carpets All Partied out?

It’s that time of year again where we all reflect on the fun we had over Christmas. All the get togethers and time spent enjoying each other’s company. On the other hand, our homes tend to take a bit of a beating. People tend to be less disciplined about taking their shoes off with large gatherings. This means that all the dirt and grime from outside your home is brought in (and left) on the fibres of your carpet.

With this in mind, it is a great idea to use the New Year as a time to deep clean your carpets. This is a carpet we were asked to clean after a Christmas party. Removing carpet stains can become a source of stress if you are unsure of how to deal with them.

Our powerful truck-mounted carpet cleaning machine offers high power to clean deep down into the fibres of your carpets. We also have specifically formulated stain removal solutions. Our many years in business has meant that we have come across all stains before. We know how best to deal with them.

A lot of our clients want to look at the dirt removed from their carpets. And most of the time they are absolutely distraught to visibly see the colour of the water, holding the dirt from their carpets. You really just would not believe it! Call today for a carpet cleaning quote on 0800 695 3455.
