We went to asses the carpets to be cleaned and was asked by the client how affective the carpet cleaning would be; it was white and really heavily soiled in the hallway, so the client was wondering if in fact it was cleanable or should he replace the carpets.

We gave our assurance that, indeed, it was definitely worth cleaning although we could not  guarantee to remove every mark on it but will be able to thoroughly deep clean it.

We used hot water extraction or steam cleaning as people often call it; this shoots a hot solution into the carpets and removes all the deep ground in dirt that has built up over time. We use a rinse so there is never a residue left in the carpets, thus keeping them cleaner for longer.
