This is a carpet we were asked to clean in Preesall. The couple had workman in, working on their home. Unfortunately, the carpets had ended up a brown colour. When looking at the carpet, you could tell they were discoloured but the damage was so evenly spread that you could not tell their original colour.

As the carpet cleaning process starts, we use a high-filtration vacuum. This is an extremely high-performance piece of machinery. This allows us to pre-spot any difficult stains. From this point we can then cover the carpet in a heavy-duty pre-spray. This formulation is specially designed to electro-mechanically lift oil and pollutants from the carpet fibres. The hot water extraction machinery then works to methodically vacuum all dirt, bacteria and pollutants. These are drawn away into our external unit. The carpets are fully rinsed so no residue is left behind.

It is a high-pressure hot water extraction unit. It heats water to a high temperature and then shoots the cleaning solution into the carpet at high pressure. The huge vacuum volume then draws the liquid back. This is then taken away, meaning the process is entirely self-sufficient.
