What is the upholstery cleaning process we use?

Step 1: we will inspect your upholstery. This will look into the fibre type, soiling and whether there are any possible permanent stains. Step 2: we will then complete a thorough vacuum of your upholstery suite. This removes dust and particles.

Step 3: if it is needed, a preconditioning agent is sprayed onto the fibres. This works to break down soil and other spot stains. And helps to produce superior cleaning results.

Step 4: we use our high-powered, hot water extraction machinery that deep cleans your upholstery. This is incredible technology that extracts all soil and particles and rinses the fabric, without over wetting it.

Step 5: if there are any spots remaining, they will need to be treated again. We draw on a lot of tried and tested techniques in order to safely remove all possible fabric stains.

Step 6: This will help the furniture stay cleaner for longer and prevent spillages becoming permanent stains and marks.

Step 7: Where, appropriate we will groom your furniture to leave it in best possible condition. This usually means we run a grooming brush over the fibres to ensure that they are tangle-free and as ‘fluffy’ as possible.

Step 8: Finally, we’ll use special air blowing dryers to rapidly speed up the  drying  your furniture so you can use them much quicker than normal.
